I'm sure your family is just as busy as my family as the school year draws to an end and spring sports and activities have everyone running different directions every night of the week.  The one thing we try to do a few nights a week is to eat a meal as a family, but with busy schedules, we don't always have the time to cook a meal from scratch.  So I am always looking for restaurants that are quick but good for a quick bite to eat before we head off to the next event.   MOD pizza fits the bill with their fresh ingredients and quick service.  They also fit the bill with picky eaters because you can customize your pizza.

Each film will be accompanied by a classic Pixar short film and an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming movie, “Brave.”

“There are some great films coming out Memorial Day weekend but nothing specifically for families and young children,” said Sun Dee Larson, vice president of Film Marketing at AMC. “We’re excited to provide our guests with an opportunity to take the whole family out to the theatre to enjoy some of the most treasured movies of all time, plus give our guests the chance to see a behind-the-scenes look at ‘Brave.’”

Calling all Little Explorers! Pottery Barn Kids popular National Geographic events are back — and this season they are learning all about big cats! Join them for a fun and interactive session about tigers on September 24th at 10 am.

In addition to the newly constructed project kit, each child receives a kid-sized orange apron, similar to The Home Depot associates' aprons, and an achievement pin.

Unfortunately, for me I have to cut my beach vacation short because of Hurricane Irene.  I have never been told that I need to evacuate somewhere before and witnessing gas lines for miles. If your on the east coast stay dry and safe this weekend!  I hope she misses us.

77 Kids  is my kids new favorite store and they have a blast every time we stop in.  Kids can enjoy playing the drums or even just trying on their clothes there is always something fun to do in the store. I love this new event your kids can get a free hairdo by a 77 stylist every weekend for the month of August.
